Comics Azhar Usman & Bruce Smirnoff and Constitutional Law Professor Corey Brettschneider. On today's show: Comey versus Trump comes down to "He Says, Rapist Says."

We have in depth analysis of the Comey testimony with our resident constitutional scholar the brilliant Professor Corey Brettschneider author of "When The State Speaks."

Big election on Thursday in Great Britain and looks like the conservatives are expected to lose big because Great Britain, unlike America, counts all the votes.

Comic Corey Kahaney talks to David about the time David called after her first Letterman appearance, Corey recalls flirting with David, David talks about Bobby Slayton, Corey talks about preparing for a late night spot, the life of a joke, how comedy can be taught, starting in comedy, stage fright, being attracted to people who can do you no good, "TV Clean," Catskills on Broadway, marketing, performing on cruise ships, going to boarding school in Switzerland, her father being cheap, scatological humor, working at the Algonquin, the millennial psychosis, similarities between catering and show business. Then Jon Fisch joins the conversation to talk about Corey doing live stand-up on Colbert during the RNC convention, Celebrity Apprentice, Trump stealing money from Saint Jude's and working on the Roast with him, 5 reasons why Trump won, whether Trump would ever actually order a Nuke strike, Cheesecake Factory, doctors on cruise ships, complacency of being wealthy, Kathy Griffin, slave letters, dying alone, stories from Letterman sets, growing up in a silly household, Jon’s start in comedy, comedians growing up teaching you what is funny, David letting his kids watching his Conan spots, inspiration for writing first joke, hoarding jokes and writing habits.

Cory Kahaney has appeared on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, was a hit on the 2016 season of America’s Got Talent and was featured in Catskills on Broadway. Cory has been seen on The Late Show with David Letterman and performed a record 7 times on The Late, Late Show with Craig Ferguson. Cory is also a regular on The View, Fox & Friends and The Moms.

Ms. Kahaney was named Best Comedian in NYC by Backstage and Best female comedian NYC by the Manhattan Association of Cabarets. She’s also had specials on Comedy Central and HBO.

Jon Fisch has appeared on the Late Show with Stephen Colbert and the Late Show with David Letterman, has been featured in Maxim Magazine, and was the host of the widely popular podcast, “In the Tank”. A prolific monologist with universal appeal, Jon focuses on the idiosyncrasies of city living. Shortly after moving to NYC from his native Boston, he was chosen as one of Comedy Central’s Fresh Faces of Comedy and named one of Back Stage Magazine’s 10 Standout Stand-ups.

His appearance on Last Comic Standing 4 – where he was the New York City Capital One Audience Favorite – earned him wide recognition and a new legion of fans. His other TV appearances include Comedy Central’s Premium Blend, VH1, Celebrity Apprentice, and 3 Men and a Chick Flick on the WE Network where he served as a host. Interestingly, the credit people seem most impressed by was that he was handpicked to open for Jerry Seinfeld in 2009 at Gotham Comedy Club

Jon has performed at multiple festivals including the 2007 HBO Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen and the 2010 Great American Comedy Festival at the Johnny Carson Theatre in Norfolk, Nebraska. In addition, he was a critical favorite at the prestigious Montreal “Just for Laughs” Festival where he appeared in both the “New Faces” showcase and the Club Series show “Dating It.” Following his impressive performances, Jon was singled out by the Hollywood Reporter and the Montreal Gazette as a “stand out performer”. Most recently, he was invited to perform at this year’s TBS “Just For Laughs” Comedy Festival in Chicago.

Jon also tours the country performing in theaters and colleges, corporate events and clubs. A staple in the NYC scene, he is a favorite at Gotham Comedy Club, the Comedy Cellar, and the World Famous Comic Strip Live.
