Comedy Writing Legend Andy Breckman, creator of Monk, Comedy Writing Legend Steve Young, Letterman & The Simpsons, Down With Tyranny's Howie Klein and from World Politics Review Judah Grunstein.

Journalist Sam Quinones is author of "Dreamland: The True Tale of America's Opiate Epidemic" which details the relationship between Oxycotin and America's growing opiate epidemic.

Jackie "The Joke Man" is the world's leading expert on jokes. There is no joke he hasn't heard, and he is one of the world's greatest joke tellers.

Andy Breckman's radio show 7 Second Delay can be heard on WFMU and he recently won a Writers Guild Award.

Steve Young's book is "Everything's Coming Up Profits: The Golden Age of Industrial Musicals" and it's soon to be a documentary. 

We talk healthcare, France, Trump remembering jokes and writing them.

Hall of Fame comedy writers Steve Young and Andy Breckman talk teaching comedy, Merrill Markoe, fotomat, meeting David Letterman, first TV jobs, urine testing, writing for SNL during the mid-eighties, breaking stories, masturbating bear, raunchy jokes in writers rooms, women in comedy, the gift of a woman’s laughter, roast battle with between David and Andy’s son, how happy people do not make history and when your kids make you laugh. David talks to Jackie about about his past with David’s producer, Dr. Katz, an incident at a QED live show, Patty Davis, how he got his start on the Howard Stern Show, why your favorite joke reveals who you are, Albert Einstein’s affinity for dick jokes, what jokes are timeless, different iterations of the famous Kate Smith joke, the pretzel hold joke and the Amazing Watson joke.
